Khaya Decor & Outdoor Lifestyle Furniture (KDOLF) is owner managed and we believe in developing long lasting relationships with our customers. The service we offer to our valued customers does not end after the sale has been concluded. We do offer recommendations and advise to our valued customers based on their rattan furniture requirements.

When we started, we were a Team of only two members, since then, we now have a dedicated Team of six staff members and we are able to immediately increase Team capacity during peak/busy periods, so we are able to deliver timeously on orders received.

Most of the rattan outdoor furniture available in South Africa is imported. The challenges this brings is the deficiency of QUALITY and reliable back up service. Khaya Decor & Outdoor Lifestyle Furniture (KDOLF) identified these two points as of great importance to ensure excellent customer service.

Local products are used to manufacture our outdoor furniture and each outdoor furniture is individually weaved by hand. Our rattan is manufactured from virgin HighDensity Polyethylene (HDPE) which is UV resistant, very suitable for the South African harsh sun. The HDPE utilized is also weather and temperature resilient, moisture resilient, very strong and durable, chemical resistant and environmentally friendly. It is very easy to clean and maintain, is light and scratch resistant, not to mention that it is also 100% recyclable.

Our cushions are sourced from reputable suppliers, are very comfortable and are manufactured specifically for outdoor use. A wide range of fabrics and colours are available to choose from.

The furniture frames are made of  wood otherwise clients can request steel frames.

It is clear from the above that the materials we use to manufacture our rattan furniture will ensure longevity, comfort and ease of care. Our furniture is robustly constructed, weather proof and well suited for the South African climate.

We also do repairs on worn out rattan furniture, subject to viewing and also manufacture patio set covers.

We do believe that our furniture will transform either your patio, terrace, balcony, pool area or stoep into an ecstasy of relaxation.
