FEATHERS
At its core, our business is centered around feather processing. We have been trading in feathers and creating natural fill inners (feather & down duvets and pillows) for over 20 years and have established ourselves as one of the best. We are now the largest processor of feathers and feather products in Southern Africa and stock a wide range of feather products.
We sell feathers both directly to other manufacturers as well as making up feather products for a number of retailers around South Africa and abroad.
Our feather mixes range from our basic, good quality, white duck mixes (feather & down, down & feather and white duck down) all the way up to our our superior Canadian and Hungarian pure goose down fillings.
Our range of feather products includes duvets (comforters, doonas), pillows, cushions, feather beds, down blankets, and sleeping bags.
Along with feathers we compliment our range of natural fillings with silk and wool options and ,as an alternative to natural fillings, we also offer hollowfibre and Unicurl options.
LINEN
We source fabric from a select and trusted group of local and international suppliers but whether the fabric is imported or locally sourced all our linen is made up here in South Africa by our family of skilled employees.
We make up a large range of bedlinens and bedding accessories including duvet and pillow covers, fitted and flat sheets, pillow and mattress protectors, night frills, cotton throws and assorted blankets.
Our linen range is made up from a variety of fabrics from fine polycotton blends to spunbond to bull denim cotton to weaves of 100% pure cottons including the purest Egyptian Cotton sourced directly from the mills outside of Aswan.
Our fabrics also come in a number of different weaves, adding to the beauty and handle of the finished products.
We make up our linens in thread counts of up to 400 threads per inch. We do not use "plied yarns" and so our thread counts are not misleadingly inflated.
FEATHER PROCESSING
We have a complete feather processing line in which the fillings we purchase are aerated, washed, cleaned, sterilised, dedusted and sorted - ensuring our customers get only the highest quality products. |
