We are a South African-based manufacturer and supplier of Melamine laminated trays, placemats & cutting boards. Our products are supplied to a broad range of customers in the hospitality, catering and retail sectors. We are specifically active in the following markets:

Our traditional market is within Southern Africa, however in recent years we have developed a growing export market across Europe, Australia and the USA.

Thermopressing is a family business that has been operating successfully for 35 years. Our factory & offices are located in Jet Park, adjacent to Johannesburg International Airport.

MELAMINE SERVING TRAYS
Available in a wide selection of patterns, our trays are made from the highest grade Melamine resins and are scratch and stain resistant & dishwasher-safe up to 130 C (266 F).

Through our access to a high-quality printing facility, we are able to reproduce exclusive designs supplied by you, using logos or fabrics to match your décor.

PLACEMATS & CUTTING BOARDS
Our placemats and cutting boards can be produced using customer supplied fabric or co-ordinated with the decorative designs used in our tray manufacture. Surfaces are protected by Melamine and are extremely hard-waring, scratch and stain resistant.

We have been long-standing preferred suppliers to many hoteliers, including Southern Sun, Days Inn, Holiday Inn, Protea Hotels, City Lodge, Hilton.
